forrest & jess Stevens Point, WI

Forrest and Jess met at the very church they were married in.  Their ceremony was a candle lit celebration of faith and love.  Oh to be young and in love!  To witness such love is contagious and always makes me want to squeeze my husband a little harder when I get home!
Their ceremony was held at Woodlands and their reception at the Stevens Point Country Club.  Both gave us perfect backdrops for some great pictures.  Forrest and Jess were the first couple to "really" cut the cake!    Watch the slideshow below to see the fun!
It has been so awesome to capture your relationship over the last 6 months.  Thank you for trusting me with your memories and love.  I hope you enjoyed your surprise honeymoon!
Many continued blessings to you both, Em

the moore fam

"Mom, is Em an adult or a kid?" A direct quote from Miss Anna this summer.   I know it's July when I get to see my favorite twins Anna and Charlie.  At 4 years old they are hilarious and amazing.  Some of the things they say leave me floored or laughing my head off.  I adore hanging out with them and really loved the location we picked for this session.  A bit urban, and a bit different then usual ... but totally fun.  Thank you for continuing to trust me with your family memories.  You guys truly have been with me since the beginning and loving being able to capture your family growing.  All my love, Em

Carlos & jamie Minneapolis, MN

I once again had the pleasure of capturing Carlos and Jamie, this time on their wedding day.  What a perfect day it was ... the weather, the location, the love shared ... all made this celebration fantastic.  The ceremony was located at Lake of the Isle Lutheran Church and the reception was at The Minikahda Club.  Both locations were stunning as usual!  I really liked how Jamie incorporated the colors that were already being used at Minikahda as the colors she was going to use as well.  It looked like the whole place was decorated just for them on their day because everything matched so well!
Two other details that I loved were their band, The Brian Kinney Band , for they rocked, and the cigar bar that was set up by International Cigars by Maria (612.309.2238).   She rolled cigars while the celebration continued.  She even had an assistant who cut and lit the cigars outside so no one was without tools!
Thank you for including me in the last six months of your lives together.  It has been such a pleasure getting to know you and being witness to your love for each other.  I wish you the best as you continue your journey together.  "Je le Jure!"  For the better, and for the best!  Em

I just love the surprise detail of the heart in this ring shot.  I would love to say that I
planned this  but turns out that this was serendipity at its best!

mr. zain

Meet the brand new Zain.  What a little doll.  As with all babies, Zain's hobbies include eating, sleeping, and being held.  Zain is a BIG fan of being held and cuddling.  It was a thrill to work with such a little bundle of joy.  Welcome to the world Zain!
